When we first decided to have our garden designed we look at a number of firms who specialised in this area before we decided on Sound Garden Design. Tim came and talked us through our options for the garden – it had to be compatible with our 200 year old house and its varying aspects. We were immediately impressed with his extensive plant knowledge and how he suggested various plants for the different areas of the garden and the reasons for doing so. He was able to advise us on the different aspects of hard and soft landscaping and how it balanced the overall effect. We gave him the job and he was as good as his word. Tim recycled some stone we had and constructed a feature which enhanced the overall look of the garden. He was always considerate of our views and ideas making us feel part of the project as it progressed. He was always prompt, worked to the budget we gave him and has continued to check the progress of the garden many months after completion. I cannot recommend Sound Garden Design highly enough.
